DIPD Pre-Primer Spray contains Isopropyl Alcohol. It kills germs on nails and skin and removes oil from the nail plate prior to the DIPD Nail step of applying primer to the nail.
Pre-primer spray is a multipurpose anti-bacterial solution. It is a recommended item to include to your DIPD Nail kit. Used to prepare the nail for the dip powder system and also to cleanse the nail and under the nail prior to applying fake nail tips.
This is an essential product for your DIPD Kits at home.
